◆Ham & ham vegetable salad Both are DLG Gold Award winning prosciutto and open-fire roast ham served with seasonal vegetables and salad. Served with homemade dressing.

◆Specially selected potato dishes We serve specially selected potatoes, which are painstakingly prepared and cooked in advance from designated areas.

◆Chef's Pasta The chef's original pasta made using seasonal ingredients and grilled in the oven.

Sauerkraut is a well-known German dish made from pickled cabbage.

Authentic taste taught directly by a German sausage master

◆ Eisbein: A specialty dish made by simmering salted pork shank with aromatic vegetables for a long period of time.
This dish is synonymous with German cuisine and is one of our pride and joys.

◆German Bread Popular among women. We import bread and order it from a German baker in Nagoya.

◆Beef stewed in beer This is our signature dish, which takes three days to complete. Onions are fried until caramelized, then fried further until they take on a golden color, and then stewed with beef and German beer.
