◆ Eisbein: A specialty dish made by simmering salted pork shank with aromatic vegetables for a long period of time.

◆German Bread German bread is popular among women. We offer imported products and products made by German bread makers in Nagoya.

◆Beef stewed in beer This is our signature dish, which takes three days to complete. Onions are fried until caramelized, then fried again until they take on a golden color, and then stewed with beef and German beer.
